pad is in

After a lot of back and forth I finally decided to cut a pad into the site.  I was worried that the process of bringing a bullzer onto the site was gonna trash the land, but Jeff did an amazing job.  I feel good - about it - and am now awaiting a permit to get started on the foundation.  Hopefully I can break ground in two or three weeks.

For the retreat as a whole, there are now 11 sites that are being worked on.  It is quite inspiring to see our 3 yr retreat communit starting to come to fruition.
